Important: Always use the bank details provided by Klarna or Billie. Do not make payments to Helloprint’s bank account, as the transaction is processed directly through the selected payment partner.

• Check your spam folder in your email. Sometimes the message may end up there.
• Wait a few minutes, as the link may take some time to be sent.
For Billie payments:
- Go directly to the Billie Buyer Portal via this link: https://portal.billie.io/login.
- Request an access link using the email address associated with your order.
- You will receive an email granting access to the customer portal.
- Inside the portal, you can view all your invoices and their payment statuses.
- From the Billie Buyer Portal, you can also contact Billie’s customer service directly for further assistance.
