I have cancelled my order, why have I not received my refund?

It's likely that the payment has been linked to another order that was created to replace the cancelled one. If that's not the case, please check your open invoices in Your Account, as it's possible that the refund has not been processed yet due to outstanding payments.

Please note that the amount will be transferred using the payment method you initially used. This usually takes 3-8 working days to process.
