How can I change the email address where I receive my invoices?

At HelloPrint, you can easily update your account information, such as your invoice email address, by following these steps: 

  1.  Go to 'My Account' by hovering over your name in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Scroll down until you see the field 'Change Your Details.'
  3. Fill out your preferred email address in the 'Invoice Email' section.
  4. Click 'Save'.
