In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to one of our depots. There are various reasons why the courier may face difficulties in delivering the order. The main reasons are unavailability upon delivery, an error in the address, incorrect sorting or routing by the carrier.
Once a returned order has reached our depot, we will always send a message by email to notify you of this. If you have received this message, it is important to respond to it as soon as possible. We try to store the package for as long as possible. However, after seven days, the package will be disposed. By responding to the message, we can start a resending process and prevent this from happening.
In cases of incorrect delivery address or unavailability upon delivery we charge a delivery fee of £15 excluding VAT . This price covers the costs of storage at the depot, processing the package and resending it.
Please note: Check your delivery address with care, to prevent the order from being returned to us again.
