- Waiting for filesWe haven’t received the necessary files for your order yet. Please upload them as soon as possible so we can review them.
- Waiting for new filesThe files you previously provided were not print-ready and were rejected. We are now waiting for new print-ready files for review.
- Service completedYour design service (either premium or deluxe artwork check) has been completed.
- Your approval is neededOur AutoCheck or artwork team has prepared your proof. Please review it carefully, as production will only start once you give your approval.
- Ready for productionYour print-ready files have been approved and sent to the printing facility. The order is now in the queue, waiting to enter production.
- In productionYour order is currently being printed, finished, or packaged.
- Ready for shipmentThe package has been packed and labeled, awaiting pickup by the courier.
- ShippedYour package is on its way! You can track the delivery through the tracking link provided in your order.
- DeliveredThe order has been successfully delivered to its destination.
- We are processing your orderYour order is on backorder due to a logistical issue. We are working on a solution and will contact you shortly. You may also reach out to us for updates.
