My track and trace code is not working, what can I do?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link to follow your order. Did you open this link and can't find your package? Don't panic! This is probably due to the carrier not scanning your package yet. If that is the case, the tracking link will be active the next day

If by the following day, the link is still not active, please contact us and we can investigate the issue for you.
