I'm missing the accessory I ordered with my purchase. What now?

  1.  Sometimes, accessories are shipped separately. Have you received multiple tracking codes?
  2. Check with your neighbors and search carefully for any secure hiding spots where the delivery carrier might have placed your order.
  3. If you've thoroughly looked around and still can't locate your package, please reach out to us via this form. We are committed to resolving this for you. When you contact us, select the 'Complaint' and clearly mention the order, delivered items, and what's missing. Also attach photos of the products you did receive, the box, and the label. These images will greatly assist us in expediting the resolution process.
