How do I change my artwork file after uploading?

You can change your artwork files as long as your order is not in production yet. You can check the status of your order per product in your order overview. If your order is already in production, we cannot make any further changes to your files.

To change the artwork files and view the status of your order do the following:

  1. Go to "Orders" in your account by hovering your name on the top right of your screen
  2. Click on "Order details" for the order you would like to edit
  3. Click on "Change submitted files'' to change your artwork
