Personalised products
First things first, what is a personalised product? A personalised product is any item that is printed, engraved or otherwise customised with your design or specifications. Because these products are made to order:
- They cannot be returned
- There is no cooling-off period
This is because customised products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Of course, if your order arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact us. We’ll always review the situation and help you find a solution.
Non-personalised products
Some products in our assortment are not personalised (for example, blank or unprinted items). For these products, a standard 14-day cooling-off period applies. This means:
- You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return
- The product must be unused
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
