If you haven't reviewed your digital proof yet but you already know you want to make changes to your current file, you can open the upload and proof page and select the following button: 'there is a mistake in my file/ I would like to upload a new file'.
This will lead you to a page where you can upload a new file. If you have already approved the digital proof, you will find a button to 'change the submitted file(s)'. Clicking this button will lead you to a page where you can re-upload your files. If this option is not shown, your order is probably already in production.
When your order is accepted or in production, changes are not possible anymore.
