Can I change my delivery address when I have already placed my order?

Your address can still be changed if our production location hasn't generated your shipping label yet. 

  1. Go to 'Orders' in your account by hovering over your name in the top right of your screen.
  2. Once you're on the order overview page, select the order for which you need to change the delivery address and click on 'Order Details.'
  3. On this page, you can adjust the delivery address by clicking 'Edit Address' in the 'Delivery Address' field located on the right side of your screen.*
  4. You have the option to edit your existing address by clicking the pencil icon, or you can add a new address by selecting 'Add New Address' in the lower right corner of the pop-up. Please note that these addresses will be added or updated in your address book for future orders.
  5. After making your changes, click 'Confirm Address' to save the modifications.

*****If 'edit address' is not showing up in your order page to change the address, this means that a shipping label is already made for your order and therefore your shipping address can't be changed anymore.
