Your address can still be changed if our production location hasn't generated your shipping label yet.
- Go to 'Orders' in your account by hovering over your name in the top right of your screen.
- Once you're on the order overview page, select the order for which you need to change the delivery address and click on 'Order Details.'
- On this page, you can adjust the delivery address by clicking 'Edit Address' in the 'Delivery Address' field located on the right side of your screen.*
- You have the option to edit your existing address by clicking the pencil icon, or you can add a new address by selecting 'Add New Address' in the lower right corner of the pop-up. Please note that these addresses will be added or updated in your address book for future orders.
- After making your changes, click 'Confirm Address' to save the modifications.
*****If 'edit address' is not showing up in your order page to change the address, this means that a shipping label is already made for your order and therefore your shipping address can't be changed anymore.
