I was a Pro customer and now I am not a VIP customer. Why?

Our Pro program was a static program only assigned to customers with individual appointments. We have therefore turned it off, as it was not fair to our best customers and we believe loyalty should be rewarded. The VIP program compiles your spending over the last year. If you are not a VIP member it means that you have not spent more than £1,000 with us.
