I don't want to be in the VIP program. How do I get removed?

You automatically become a VIP member if you’ve spent more than £1,000 in the last 12 months. And this discount is automatically calculated and appointed to our customers, we can not remove you from the program. You could choose to opt-out of the emails that tell you about the program.
