How does my level get calculated?

We calculate your spendings over the last 12 months. The VIP levels are calculated on the first of each month. For example, in December we would take the amount you’ve spent between the 1st of December last year until the end of November this year. Your order gets added to the calculation at the moment of payment or the moment it goes into production, whichever comes first.
