How do I file a complaint?

We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your order! Please fill in our complaint form here.

IMPORTANT: It is only possible for us to deal with a complaint if it is reported within 10 days of delivery and if we received photos of the problem and the packaging with the shipping label. For flyers, booklets and other products with larger quantities: Put 10-20% of the total number of affected prints on a table and take clear photos or a video to show the problem. Please ensure that all mandatory fields in the form are completed for prompt complaint processing.
