We offer Canva as a third-party design tool on our platform, but please note that we do not have access to Canva's premium features. This means you won't be able to download Canva files directly or save designs for extended periods on our platform.
To view your saved Canva designs, go to the "Design Online" section, where you'll find a "My Designs" tab. Any designs saved during your session will be stored here.
Please be aware that because we provide a design-straight-to-production service, your designs may disappear if you close the design program before moving forward with production or if the files have already been processed for production.
If you're unable to locate a Canva design you’ve previously worked on but have already placed an order using that design, you can retrieve it by providing your order number to our customer service team. They will help recover the design from your past order.
