Why did the delivery date change since I placed the order?

The delivery date shown on the order might sometimes vary from the product page due to various factors.

  1. Delivery Window: On the product page, we display a date range from the earliest to the latest possible delivery. This longer window accounts for any potential delays in production or shipping, which are pre-calculated. The date shown on your order might reflect the latest possible delivery date, so please check your track and trace once the order has been dispatched for the most accurate delivery information.
  2. Missed Production Deadline: We display a daily deadline on the product page for uploading and approving your files. If the print-ready proof is not approved before this deadline, the delivery date will shift by one working day.
  3. Delays Due to Stock, Shipping or File Issues: Even though we deliver 95% of our orders in time, unforeseen delays may also occur due to stock shortages, shipping or issues with your print file. Please check your inbox, as we may have already sent an email regarding the issue. If not, contact us, and we'll assist you further.
